Due to the nature of the physical product as a pre-order item, digital products will be sent out approximately during or immediately following shipping of physical products. Orders will be shipped after preorders and merch production have concluded (~1-3 months after Dec 20th). Orders are expected to ship in February/March, but this is subject to production and shipping delays. We will provide regular updates on production via social media.

As this is a preorder item, we will not offer refunds after the preorder period.
